Since our inception, United Construction Products, Inc. has stocked a broad range of supplies that service the Concrete Construction Industry. We utilize 60,000 plus square feet of warehouse and 5 acres of yard space between our two locations, Naperville and Yorkville. An ample amount of warehouse space allows United to stock not just pallets of supplies, but truckloads. This ensures when you walk through our doors looking for a particular item, we’ll have it. At United you will find a large variety of foundation supplies, hand tools, decorative concrete supplies, and many specialized products exclusive to United.

United Construction Products, Inc. offers the most comprehensive fleet of concrete placing and finishing equipment available in Northern Illinois. United currently owns 2 Somero laser Screeds equipped with the 3-D profiler system, for multiple slope concrete pours. We also have a Somero STS-132 Material Topping Spreader for applying dry shake materials. United offers a full complement of riding trowel machines including the Allen Engineering HD550, the largest riding trowel made in the United States. To go along with the trowel machines are Soff-Cut early entry saws, 16 cu. Ft. buggies, and 1-yard concrete dumpers. In addition to the place and finish equipment, we also have a fleet of surface preparation equipment, including grinders and vacuums.

United Construction Products, Inc. offers a complete rebar fabrication shop. We have state-of-the-art shear lines and benders ready to custom fabricate your next job. Along with the fabrication of the rebar, we also supply placement drawings to help ensure that the rebar is placed correctly the first time. Our in-house estimating and detailing staff are ready to assist you from start to finish on your next project. Along with fabricated rebar, United also offers welded wire mesh, supports, chairs, and specialty products. Epoxy reinforcing is available for applications where it is specified. We also utilize PNA Construction Technologies, Inc., which offers strategic reinforcement through the use of plate dowels and plate dowel baskets.

United Construction Products, Inc. is the foremost leader in form rentals in the Chicago area. No one offers a larger variety of forming systems. United is currently piloting the first Western Aluminum Forms rental program in the United States. We also offer for rent Symons Steel-Ply Gang Forms, Symons Steel-Ply, and Symons Resi-Ply Residential Forms. Our highly trained employees have invested many hours at Symons and Western in training sessions. We have the knowledge to help you bid forming jobs, select the best forming system, and efficiently lay out your project. Our form rentals also include the necessary hardware. Forming supplies can be purchased and delivered with your form order from United.

United Construction Products, Inc. offers many services to our customers in addition to the great products we sell. United has an on-site, full service repair shop staffed with highly trained mechanics. All service personnel are trained by the manufacturers at their locations. This qualifies United to make authorized warranty repairs, instead of sending the equipment out to the manufacturer. Customers will not wait for weeks while a valuable piece of equipment is out of service. If the piece of equipment was purchased from United many times a back-up machine may be available while warranty repairs are made. United has a full service parts department for your convenience. We also offer in-field service on specialized equipment like Somero Laser Screeds, Riding Trowels, and other concrete equipment.

Our custom window installation crew installs all types of basement windows purchased at United Construction Products, Inc., including cavity, vinyl and aluminum glass. If your project requires cavity windows, we will provide the appropriate mold to place in the formwork before concrete is poured. For your convenience, the Capital Window requires no buck for installation, simply remove the mold, place the window into the cavity and attach with fasteners. To accommodate vinyl and aluminum glass windows, we will provide the bucks needed for proper preparation and installation. Contact us for more information on this service.
